Refunds and Returns Policy

Because each book is personalised and made specially for the child named in your order, our refund policy is different from standard retail items. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Personalised Products

All books are custom-made using the personal details you provide.

Under UK and EU consumer law, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect details entered at checkout

  • spelling errors provided by the customer

  • incorrect birth time/date/place supplied

  • late delivery caused by incorrect address details

Please review all personalisation information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photographs of the problem

Where possible, we will first arrange a replacement. A refund will be issued if a replacement is not feasible or does not resolve the issue.

We do not require damaged items to be returned.

Lost Orders

If tracking confirms that your order has been lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Claims for lost items must be made within 30 days of dispatch.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after purchase, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order.

After this time, your personalised book will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control.

A delayed delivery does not qualify for a refund unless the item is confirmed lost.
